Most healthcare applications are designed to optimize individual departments or functions, such as appointments, diagnostics, billing, or pharmacy. While each system may work well independently, patient care spans multiple departments and organizations. Without connected workflows, information and responsibilities become fragmented, leading to delays, duplicate work, and poor care coordination.
